Construction Monitoring and Project Management

During the execution phase, we ensure the monitoring of the work to guarantee quality execution and compliance with the contractual documents. This includes organizing site meetings, drafting minutes, monitoring progress, and managing finances, particularly through the verification and approval of work situations submitted by the contractors. OPC coordination can be provided as an additional service for project owners seeking enhanced schedule management.

Project Handover and Resolution of Reservations

At the end of the project, we assist the project owner during the handover of the works, a key moment that marks the taking possession of the project. We support them in signing the minutes, with or without reservations, and in verifying the resolution of any reservations. This phase ensures that the completed works meet expectations, plans, and signed contracts.
