Administrative Procedures

We handle all the regulatory formalities necessary for the project's realization. This includes preparing the building permit application, preliminary declarations, and communication with the relevant authorities. Technical Studies and Material Selection

Once the preliminary project is validated, we conduct general design studies. Consultation of Contractors and Offer Analysis

We organize and manage the consultation process with contractors. After receiving the bids, we analyze the estimates to verify their technical and financial coherence. We then assist the project owner in selecting the participants and signing the contracts, in order to form a strong team suited to the project's specifics.

Work Supervision and Project Management

During the execution phase, we ensure the supervision of the work to guarantee quality of execution and compliance with the contractual documents. This includes organizing site meetings, writing reports, monitoring progress, and managing finances, particularly through the verification and approval of work progress reports submitted by the contractors. OPC coordination can be provided as an additional service for project owners seeking enhanced schedule management.

Project Completion and Resolution of Reservations

At the end of the project, we assist the project owner during the acceptance of the work, a key moment that marks the handover of the project. We support them in signing the minutes, with or without reservations, and in verifying the resolution of any potential reservations. This phase ensures that the completed work meets expectations, plans, and signed contracts.
